What does the first audit cover?

The audit follows a fixed evidence path: sender type, registration status, consent language, subscription source, list hygiene, data events, live automations, recent sends, URL use, opt-out handling, and reporting definitions. The output is a marked-up account map, a risk register, and a 90-day work order.

What should you ask before work starts?

Do you replace our SMS platform?

Usually, no. SMSRise works inside platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, and Twilio when the current setup fits the job. We first inspect consent records, sender type, event tracking, and campaign logic. A platform move only enters the plan when the present system blocks a needed workflow or creates an operating cost that outweighs migration risk.

Can SMSRise guarantee revenue or delivery?

No responsible agency can guarantee either. Carriers control filtering, customers control consent and buying decisions, and platform data can be incomplete. We can guarantee a documented operating process: pre-send checks, consent review, clear measurement definitions, QA evidence, and an honest account of what changed. Commercial outcomes remain subject to your audience, offer, traffic, data, and sending history.

How quickly can work start?

A focused audit can normally begin once access, consent language, sender details, and a recent campaign export are available. Registration work follows carrier and provider review queues. Twilio currently tells applicants that campaign reviews can take 10 to 15 days, so a calendar promise made before submission would be misleading. We build the work plan around those external dependencies.
