Process / 05 stages

A visible process beats agency theater.

You should know what is happening inside the account, what is waiting on your team, and why a message was sent. SMSRise runs five stages with named artifacts and decision owners. Nothing important lives only in a call.

What happens from audit to operation?

Stage 01 / Evidence

Account audit

Access, sender route, registration, opt-in paths, suppression rules, live messages, integrations, and recent exports are mapped.

Stage 02 / Decisions

Risk + opportunity map

Each finding gets an owner, consequence, evidence link, and action. Legal questions go to counsel; operational gaps enter the work order.

Stage 03 / Plan

90-day operating order

Dependencies come first. A2P registration, consent repair, event tracking, and suppression work may need to precede campaign volume.

Stage 04 / Build

Controlled production

Copy, segments, tests, approvals, platform builds, and launch records follow one repeatable checklist.

Stage 05 / Read

Decision record

Results are written against the original job. The next action is assigned without hiding uncertainty behind a colored dashboard.

Which tools do clients receive?

The working set includes an account map, source register, consent-path inventory, campaign calendar, production checklist, launch log, issue register, and monthly decision record. Files live in a shared workspace and use plain names. Your team can continue the system after the engagement ends.

How many meetings are necessary?

Kickoff establishes access and decision rights. A short weekly production review handles blockers. A monthly operating review examines evidence and choices. Extra meetings are added only when a launch, legal review, or migration needs them. The written record carries routine status so calls can solve real decisions.
