1. What information can the site receive?
Standard hosting logs may record IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested URL, and time of access. If privacy-conscious analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before collection begins. SMSRise does not intentionally collect special-category data through this website.
2. How does the audit form work?
The form runs entirely in your browser. Submitting it triggers a local success state and no network request. The contents are not sent to SMSRise or stored by the site. To contact the business, email hello@smsrise.com directly.
3. Why may information be used?
Information received through direct email may be used to answer the inquiry, prepare requested service information, protect the site, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. Hosting-log data may be used for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate performance review.
4. Which parties may process data?
Hosting, email, security, and professional-service providers may process limited data on behalf of SMSRise when needed to operate the business. Each provider has its own technical location and contract terms. SMSRise does not sell personal information.
5. How long is information kept?
Direct correspondence and business records are kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, contract, dispute, security, accounting, or legal requirement. Hosting logs follow the provider's retention settings. Browser-form entries have no server-side retention because they never leave the device.
6. What rights may apply?
Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive personal data, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to hello@smsrise.com. SMSRise may need to verify identity before completing a request.
7. How are external links handled?
Resource pages link to third-party provider, industry, and regulator sites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations. Review the destination's policy before submitting information.
8. How will this policy change?
Material changes will appear on this page with a revised effective date. The current effective date is July 26, 2026.
